Autumn Warmth

Ok there might be a rumor out that I do nothing but roam the countryside to take pictures, here is the evidence , a nice pair of warm earthy necklaces for a special friend, more to come in a couple of weeks after my walkabout.

on the left an ocean jasper with black and dark green tourmaline, hessionite garnet and smoky quartz. The right side is petrified wood beads, dark green rondels of tourmaline and smoky quartz accents. Both with a sterling spirit horse pendant.

After the rains

We have had two weeks of steady and sometimes heavy rain. The creek is coming down , at it's crest was 5 or 6 feet higher. A sight to behold.

Reflections

September is a wonderful time for reflections, we have worked hard in the season of growth , and as Summer wanes, it is time to look within, what should we keep and what can be released to the Universe.

Chasing Rainbows

This afternoon brought piled up clouds and big fat drops of rain, my daughter came home excited about a rainbow over town. We jumped into her car and went over to an open field near the recreation park and caught some nice prismatic colors !
