One foot in front of the other

One foot in front of the other is the best therapy. It creates a rhythm that drives out the demons. It clears the space and in that moment of honoring the four directions we become one again with those things that nourish us and protect us. Inviting the enlightened aspects of the universe to clothe us in it's armor.

  1. left foot, right foot,
    inhale peace, love, light...
exhale negativity, negative people, self doubt...
repeat (thankfully our bodies give us many opportunities to do so)

  4. Thanks Heather! I am always glad to see you come by the blog! My son and I hiked 1.5 miles to Hidden Lake with a 550 ft ( 183 meter ) gain. He is one of the people over by the rocks near the lake. He climbed down a cliff to hike out farther. I stayed behind as I am afraid of heights. Then the Ranger came and yelled at everyone down there. He had just made it back up the cliff in time to miss the scolding LOL
