What makes you stronger

Life is very much like the ebb and flow of snow in the winter . It is a process. If you don't live in significant snow you may not be aware that snow is quite dynamic. It is not stationary at all . It changes from day to day with different characteristics according to new snow , temperature and wind. Living with snow is one more way to test your metal. Like many things in life, what does not kill you makes you stronger. Ernest Hemingway said it succinctly " The world breaks us all. Afterward some are stronger in the broken places."
Have you examined those mended places? Do you find them sturdy from wear?  Are they filled with hope for a better tomorrow?

  1. oh, indeed they are... like the scar tissue that forms, they are more sensitive - but that can be a strength as much as a weakness...

  2. I agree my twin. There are many mended places but at the end of the day they make the whole stronger.
